WHAT WE OFFER
Support that fits the life they want.
Community-Based Supports
Help getting out into the world: community activities, social connection, and building the skills for everyday independence. Typically 10–30 hours a week.
Individual Supports
Comprehensive, hands-on daily assistance for those who need more consistent support. Typically 20–40+ hours a week.
Respite
A trusted break for family caregivers — in your home or out in the community, from a few hours to a few days. 4–48 hours per session.

We don’t rotate strangers through your family member’s life. You’re matched with a consistent Direct Support Professional who learns how your loved one communicates, what they enjoy, and what helps them thrive. Every Tender Hand DSP is background-checked, trained, and insured, and you meet them before support begins.
