Skilled clinical care
Help getting out into the world: community activities, social connection, and building the skills for everyday independence. Typically 10–30 hours a week.
Therapy & rehabilitation
Physical Therapy — Rebuild strength, balance, and the confidence to move around after surgery or a hospital stay. Occupational Therapy — Relearn the everyday tasks that matter: getting dressed, cooking, moving safely around your home. Speech-Language Pathology — Help with speaking, understanding, and eating safely after a stroke or illness.
Daily living support
Home Health Aide — Hands-on help with bathing, dressing, getting around, and daily routines. Personal Care Assistance — Friendly company and a hand with everyday tasks, on your schedule.
